This Park Model is situated within 100 feet of the Satellite “B” pool, showers, mailboxes and laundry and ice machine.   A short walk to the main Club House and main entrance. There is a deck to enjoy the fresh air and a BBQ. The deck behind the unit has some sun and shade on it throughout the day.  The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, baking items and new microwave, stove and small appliances. New A/C split unit for a very comfortable stay, installed March 2026

There are local trails for hiking, cycling. Lots of activities from Nov-Mar scheduled, you can go go go or relax and enjoy solitude of the patio/deck.

Deposit required – refundable if unit left in same condition as when arrived
