 Rancho Casa Blanca (RCB) is an 80 acre, 801 space, RV Park located in Indio, California at the East end of the Coachella Valley. RCB is off Interstate 10 on Avenue 44 at Golf Center Parkway just south of the Terra Lago Golf Course. Three casinos are located nearby offering fine dining, entertainment and gaming. Many of the finest Coachella Valley attractions are within easy driving distance.
The park is incorporated under the Rancho Casa Blanca Owners Association and is governed by a 7 person Board of Directors elected by the membership. All lots at RCB are individually owned by the members of the Association. The mix at present is approximately 80% park models and the balance are open lot for conventional motorhomes, trailers and fifth wheel trailers.
Facilities include a 22,000 square foot main Clubhouse, a 10,500 square foot Clubhouse and 4 satellite facilities. The park boasts 6 swimming pools and 7 spas including an indoor spa. An 18-hole par 3 golf course is integrated into the park allowing for many golf course view lots. There is a 9 hole putting course, a putting green and a chipping green. Other facilities include 4 lighted tennis courts, a covered shuffleboard court, billiard room, card room, craft room, 2 libraries, 5 laundry rooms and 2 ballrooms with performance stages and full banquet kitchen facilities. The park has year round 24-hour security including a guarded gate and patrol.
RCB has a full time Activity Director in season. There are over 50 ongoing clubs, classes and activities weekly and over 70 special events. Many trips, tours, shopping expeditions, dances, dinners and parties are sponsored through the activities program. Rancho Casa Blanca is based upon activities and the pursuit of enjoyment.
