A well-manicured 18-hole par 3 golf course winds its waythrough the center of the resort, providing expansive views of mountains, towering palm trees, ponds, and unlimited blue skies. Other attractions include a 9-hole putting course, 2 practice chipping/putting greens, 6 swimming pools & spas, 2 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pitch, and fitness center. A well-run Activities office, aided by willing and talented volunteers, organizes a host of classes and events to encourage you to learn new skills, make new friends, stay active, and pursue a winter season of recreation and relaxation in the warmth of the desert

Clubhouse 1
Our main 22,000 sq ft building is at the end of the palm-tree lined entrance way. On the left are the popular pickle ball courts and a chipping green. This is the home of our social center and Home Owner Association administrative offices.
Left of the spacious Lobby is the Ballroom, site of many banquets, classes, dances, performances, and Sunday inter-denominational service. Right of the Lobby, down a small hallway, you will find billiard tables, card tables, and our well-stocked Library. Here you can pick up a schedule of activities, weekly hikes, and other events from the table in front of the Activities office. Outside, behind the clubhouse is a large swimming pool & spa area. Nearby, a new, well-equipped Gym.
Clubhouse 2
This 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse is the site of the Golf Pro Shop. The clubhouse is heavily used by golf, tennis and pickleball club members and is the setting for many banquets, potluck dinners and other social events. The building also houses a large kitchen facility, library, needlecraft/quilting room, laundry room, pool & spa. Nearby are the tennis courts, putting green, horseshoe pitch, and shuffleboard courts.

All 4 satellite buildings contain swimming pools & spas, laundry facilities, mailboxes and showers.

Please note that RCB is a +55 seasonal resort where occupancy is limited to nine months a year (270 days) for new owners and renters.
